  • Join together you Index Finger and extend them upwards as possible then traverse the left Thumb on the right Thumb.

TIME DURATION:

Performed for 5 to 40 minutes and best performed twice a day in morning and evening.

HOW TO DO IT?

  • Seat in an upright posture make sure you are seating comfortably. Relax and Breath.
  • Put your hands on your thighs and face your palms upwards.
  • Connect the tip of your Thumb with the tip of your Index finger and the tip of the Ring finger. Press slightly and relax.

TIME DURATION:

Perform 5 minutes to 40 minutes every day.

  • Seat in an upright posture make sure you are seating comfortably. Relax and Breath.
  • Interlace your fingers together except for the small finger.
  • Extend your small finger upwards as possible and the touch the tips together and press calmly.
  • Held it in front of your navel.

TIME DURATION:

Perform 5 to 40 minutes twice a day. Once in morning and once before taking to sleep.

  •  Seat in an upright posture make sure you are seating comfortably. Relax and Breath.
  • Touch tips of all fingers of one hand to the tips of the respective fingers of the other hand.
  • Press slightly and hold it in front of your abdomen

TIME DURATION :

Perform at least 5 minutes to 20 minutes in the morning and evening.

HOW TO DO IT?

  • Seat in an upright posture make sure you are seating comfortably. Relax and Breath.
  • Make a fist then insert your thumb between the Middle Finger and Ring Finger.
  • Do it in both hands and place in your thighs .
  • Relax your belly and chest.

TIME DURATION :

Perform at least 5 minutes to 40 minutes twice a day. Once in morning and evening.
